HLA FluoGene - The Fluorescence PCR
HLA FluoGene
FluoGene is a unique method for molecular HLA, RBC and HPA typing that combines all the advantages of SSP-PCR with the speed of endpoint fluorescence detection.
The analysis is based on a modified TaqMan® Probe System by inno-train Diagnostik GmbH.
All FluoGene kits are CE Marked according to IVD Guideline 98/79 / EC and are manufactured and tested under a DIN EN ISO 13485 certified quality system.
The advantages of the FluoGene system
- PCR-SSP method without gel electrophoresis in only 90 minutes
