HPA FluoGene - The Fluorescence PCR
method
FluoGene is a unique method for molecular HLA, RBC and HPA typing that combines all the advantages of SSP-PCR with the speed of endpoint fluorescence detection. The analysis is based on a modified TaqMan Probe System by inno-train Diagnostik GmbH. All FluoGene kits are CE marked to IVD Directive 98/79 / EC and are manufactured and tested under a DIN EN ISO 13485 certified quality system.
